Off-Piste Partners, LLC ("Off-Piste Partners," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings. Server logs maintained by Vercel are retained in accordance with Vercel's data retention policies.

Connecticut Residents

Under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Connecticut residents may have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, as well as the right to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. As a B2B consulting firm, much of our data processing may be exempt from the CTDPA, but we are committed to honoring reasonable requests regarding your personal information.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request deletion of their personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
